Cai Guoray, doctoral supervisor, got his PhD degree from University of Pittsburgh. He is now the Tsuiying professor at the LZUMS, associate professor in School of Information Science and Technology of Pennsylvania State University, founder and director for “Spatial Information and Intelligence Lab”. He is also in the panel of experts for American NSF projects and School senator for Pennsylvania State University.
