On Nov. 25, 2017, the 3rd HR Professional KAS Contest of Chinese University Students & HR Professional KAS Contest of Cross-strait Universities and Colleges (hereafter HR KAS Contest) was held in Beijing. There are 26 universities from mainland China and Taiwan attended the HR KAS Contest. The LUSM delegation, led by Dr. Zheng Gang, won the championship. 

The HR KAS Contest contains several rounds, such as Workplace Battle, Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD), Case Analysis, and HR Practice Design, with impromptu Q&A and English speech as the bonus rounds. 26 delegations from various universities have competed for 1 and a-half day. Finally, 4 of our delegates have gained excellent results. Xing Yiwen won the 1st Prize of Case Analysis, To Yuan the 2nd Prize in LGD, Zhang Jiarui the 3rd Prize in HR Practice Design, and Shi Dong the Excellent Performance in Workplace Battle. Based on these, the LUSM delegation gained the 1st Prize in this Contest. 

LUSM delegation was led by Dr. Zheng Gang and have prepared for this Contest for almost 2 months. This is also the 2nd Championship in this year won by our students in the national contest. The last was the Championship of 2017 ACCA Job-Hunting Competition in July.
