Han Guoming, master supervisor, got his PhD degree from Lanzhou University. He is a member of the Academic Committee. He is also in the Committee of MPA Education Commission for serving civil servants in Gansu and of AIDS Prevention and Treatment Consultation Commission of Gansu Province.
