Shang Huping, PhD from Xiamen University, supervisor of Master students, is also the adjunct researcher in Government Performance Management Research Center of Xiamen University, researcher in Public Management and Performance Evaluation Research Institute of Nanjing Audit University, Secretary General over Vocational College Education Committee of Ministry of Education, director of National Government Performance Management Research Society, counselor in field of performance management of Bureau of Finance, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, as well as counselor of the National Government Performance Management Model Base (Jiangning). He also serves as appointed reviewer for more than 6 CSSCI journals, such as Journal of Finance and Economics, and Journal of Public Management.
