At the beginning of Professor Love’s course, every student was attracted into the ocean of innovative thinking. The heated discussion of cases has pushed the brainstorm to a climax and the exchange of ideas and thoughts has left a deep impression on students. The Innovative Thinking course has raised some extraordinary views, for example, innovation can bring advantages to enterprises in market competition. If used properly, innovation means monopoly in some way. But in reality, innovation of many companies ended in failure, which is because innovation does not only mean the pop-up of some ideas. There must be paths and methods for these thoughts. The other view worth mentioning is that to promote innovation, one must master innovation ability, which includes questioning, observing, networking, experimenting and associational thinking.

Business Ethic & Corp Society Responsibility given by Professor Craig Dunn has also provided the students with a wisdom feast and motivated students to think. Professor Dunn stressed in the course many times that College of Economics and Management of WWU and School of Management Lanzhou University have the same core value in personnel training and both think that students should have social responsibility, which is the foundation that has promoted the two schools deepening their cooperation all these years. The core content of Professor Dunn’s course is as follows: ethic-beyond-morality will bring more value to a company (morality is the basis and law is the baseline of morality); ethic means to judge and choose from good and bad, right and wrong, fair and unfair, praise and criticism; to test ethic, 7 aspects should be considered: principle, result, fairness, care, freedom, virtue and sustainability.
