From August 24 to 25, the 10th Symposium of “China, Practice and Management” was held in Lanzhou University. The current symposium was launched by Chinese Journal of Management, co-organized by School of Management in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and School of Management in Lanzhou University, with the support from the division of management science of NSFC. The symposium, themed on “The Interactive Innovation on Chinese Management Studies and Practice”, gathered 163 participants from 93 domestic universities.

The symposium has gained the support from Lanzhou University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Chinese Journal of Management. It covers the plenary session, several parallel sessions, theme forum, and company visits. All participants discussed topics including the innovation of Chinese local management theories and methods, Chinese enterprise reform under the background of AI, innovation and practice of leadership in Chinese enterprises, international exploration and management innovation of Chinese enterprises under “B & R”, and so on. After the conference, participants went to visit the Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Creative Industry Park.

At the closing ceremony, 9 speakers have been awarded the Best Papers. And the organizing committee declared the next conference would be held in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

The series Symposium of “China, Practice and Management” is positioned as a high-level academic exchange platform jointly built by Chinese Journal of Management and China's well-known universities. Till now, the Symposium has been successfully held for 10 times by Chinese Academy of Sciences, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nankai University, Sun Yat-Sen University, Sichuan University, Renmin University of China, Northeastern University, Shandong University, and Lanzhou University.
