On Dec.30, 2019, the MOE released the list of first-class national and provincial undergraduate programs, with 18 from LZU rated as national level, and 20 as provincial level. 4 programs of LUSM, including Public Administration (national level), Accounting, Marketing, and HRM, were honored to be in the list.

From April 2019, MOE has launched the “Double Ten-Thousand Plan”, aiming to support 10,000 national-level undergraduate programs and 10,000 provincial-level undergraduate programs in three years from 2019 to 2021. For the first batch in 2019, the MOE finally listed 4054 national-level programs and 6210 provincial-level programs, after the review and vote by the Steering Committee of Higher Learning Institutions of MOE, from all the programs submitted by the universities and recommended by their administrative authorities.

By the opportunity of being listed in the “Plan”, LSUM will make continuous efforts to improve and keep the education quality on the excellent level for the following three years.
