On Nov.11 and 12, Prof. Zhao Yanhai, also the Associate Dean of LUSM, attended the AAPBS 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting hosted by Chiang Mai University Business School. The meeting, with the theme as “Surpassing Beyond the Pandemic”, focuses on the operation of innovation related efforts carried out in business education under the pandemic.

The two-day session was full of exchanges and discussions on topics as “Future of Internship and Project-Based Learning”,” Edutech and VR application”, and “Fostering Innovative Startups”. Speakers included Geoff Perry from AACSB, Suchatvee Suwansawat from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and Alfons Sauquet Rovira from EFMD & EQUIS, as keynote speakers; and other panel speakers from Asia School of Business, Griffith Business School, KPMG, Chiang Mai University, Prin. L.N.Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Sasin School of Management, Nithi Foods Company Limited, National Innovation Agency of Thailand, and so on. Besides, small-group discussions under the topic “After the Pandemic: What to keep & What to quit” were organized for all participants. The event is a great success as the platform to share experiences and practices in business schools and sectors.
