Prof. Bhumika Gupta from TELECOM, France Gives a Lecture to the Teachers and Students of LUSM
On Nov. 4th, at the invitation of the School of Management, Professor Bhumika Gupta from TELECOM, France came to visit our school and gave an academic lecture under the title of “Comparison of Human Resource Practice between France & China.”
In the lecture, Prof. Gupta first instructed the four major parts of human resources administration: staff recruitment, staff training, human resources implementation and compensation system. Then he made a comparison of the social systems between France and China from the aspects such as pension system, social welfare to help the students understand human resources administration better. At last, Prof. Gupta answered students’ questions one by one and exchanged views with them in depth. During the two-hour lecture, Prof. Gupta introduced the main content of human resources administration systematically and the frontier academic studies in this field which broad the view of the teachers and students greatly.
