To congratulate the 110th birthday of Lanzhou University, 11 members of council of Research Center for Enterprise Innovation, LZU led by director Zhongxin Li donated RMB 1,100,000 to LZU to support the development of the school of management. The donation ceremony was held on September 11. Baojun Fan, the vice president and deputy director of education development foundation of LZU, leaders from LZU alumni association office and LUSM attended the ceremony.

President Fan issued donation certificates to the entrepreneurs and expressed gratitude to them. He thanked them for caring the development of LZU, LUSM and public welfare and said that Lanzhou University will continue to provide theoretical guide and support to the development of the center and will build a bridge between industry, academia and research.

Zhongixin Li thanked the center for providing help for the member enterprises and hoped that Lanzhou University can further help and guide the development of the members by using its academic advantage and wish to cooperation with LZU on building Lanzhou Smart Technology Park.

Wensheng He, dean of school of management showed his gratitude to the entrepreneurs for their love and caring. He said that LUSM will carry out long-term cooperation with the enterprises and faculty of the school will involve in the development of the enterprises, provide integrated development guidance and help the innovation and development of them.

The 11 donors are Zhongxin Li, Youbin Wang, Xinzhan Lian, Baojin Tang, Qinghua Zhou, Chunguo Lin, Minghan Lin, Yijin Chen, Zongbao Shangguan, Ziye Liu, Guoqing Qiu.

The Research Center for Enterprise Innovation, LZU was founded by LUSM and more than 20 Zheshang firms in Gansu. It is an industry-academia-research collaboration platform which aims to solve the development problems of enterprises in Gansu and western China by taking advantages of the human resources and research power of LZU. Since its establishment, the center has carried out researches, seminars and helped solve development difficulties of member enterprises.
