It assists students who are in senior management position to broaden their international horizons and unscramble western managerial experience and management thought via the combination of field trip and study.
The study tour won great support from two international partners ---- Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL), Germany and TELECOM Ecole de Management, France. Under the leadership of Professor Zhonghe Tian, Associate Dean and Secretary of the Party Committee, EMBA students took six short courses including competitive strategy, brand strategy, supply chain management, strategy management and entrepreneurship, etc. After the studying, they got certificates issued by the above two business schools.
Meanwhile, EMBA students paid visits to the final assembly factories of BMW and Porsche. They also surveyed Economic Development and Research Institution of Oil and New Energy which belongs to Essonne in France.
During leisure time, students dropped in some European countries like Berlin, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Hague, Luxembourg, Paris, etc. This experience generally enables them to form a deeper understanding in European natural and social environments and to broad the international horizon.
