Chai Guorong, PhD from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Doctoral supervisor, is the selected person of “New Century Excellent Talents Support Program, MOE”.  He is now the member of Academic Committee of the School, director of Institute of Operation& Project Management, director of Systems Engineering Society of China and China Society of Management Science and Engineering, member of expert committee in the Innovation Education Branch of Chinese Association of Higher Education, panel judge for Natural Science Foundation of China and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He is also an adviser for Corporate Management in Lanzhou Petro-chemical Corp., Jinchuan Group Corp. and Lanshi Group Corp., and founder of Xi’an Hongbang Biotech Co. Ltd.
