Chen Jinghan doctoral supervisor, got her PhD degree from Lancaster University in Britain. She is now Tsuiying professor at LZUMS, vice president of University of Surrey (CEO of the International School), dean in charge of Asian affairs with Division of Business, Finance and Law, and Director of Department of Accounting and Finance. Prof. Chen is also the specially-pointed expert for EU-China corporate governance projects, editor of “Corporate Governance: An International Review”, “Corporate Ownership and Control”, and reviewer for six international core magazines in the field of international finance and accounting.
