The Third Stage of the 2014 LZU EMBA Study Tour in the United States Completed
On Mar.9, 2014, the EMBA overseas visiting group left from Portland State University to the School of Management, Western Washington University which is the last stop of this tour. The visiting group spent three days there to study and visit. Western Washington University arranged four wonderful lectures for the visiting group which gave the members a deeper impression of innovative thinking, ethical traits of decision making, and supply chain management, etc. The visiting group was also invited to visit several companies including the Boeing Company. After visiting Fluke Company, the study tour of this time is completed. The members exchanged their learning experience on the Bus Forum.
Western Washington University paid great attention to the visit of the visiting group. Dean Craig P. Dunn accompanied the study group during the whole time and President Bruce Shepard received the study group in person. Dean Craig P. Dunn would come to Lanzhou to attend the 10th anniversary celebration activities in June and President Bruce Shepard would lead a team to participate “MBA Yellow River Drifting Race” in August.
