EMBA Overseas Visiting Group Completed Phase III American Study Tours
U.S. local time March 9, 2014, Lanzhou University EMBA overseas visiting groupleft from Portland State University and went to the last study tour destination - Western Washington University College of Business and Economics, starting the third phase of a three-day learning and visit.

EMBA students exchanged ideas in Fluke Corporation.
On March 10th and 11th, EMBA students attended the wonderful lectures of four professors: Edward Love, Craig P. Dunn, Stella Hua, and Peter Haug in two study groups at the arrangement of WWU College of Business and Economics; thus students had a more profound understanding of theoretical knowledge of innovative thinking, ethical decision making, supply chain management and delicacy management. On March 12, the visiting group was invited to the world's largest aircraft manufacturer - Seattle Boeing (The Boeing Company), watching the large passenger aircraft like Boeing 747,777,787 field assembly process. They had deeply sensed the efficient applications of MBA theory study in business management. After the subsequent visit to Fluke Corporation, the EMBA study tour task was satisfactorily completed. EMBA visiting group exchanged their ideas and shared their learning experience through the bus forum.

Western Washington University paid high attention to the EMBA study tour. College of Business and Economics put a lot of effort in curriculum arrangement and enterprise visiting. Dean Craig P. Dunn himself not only lectured for EMBA students, but also accompanied the group in the whole visiting and Bruce Shepard, President of WWU, received the visiting group in person. Dean Craig P. Dunn has decided to visit Lanzhou University in June this year to participate in the ceremony of the tenth anniversary of School of Management. President Bruce Shepard also plans to visit Lanzhou University in August and lead to participate in the 2014 International MBA Yellow River Rafting Race.
