Seminar on Sustainable Mechanism of Government Innovation
The Government Innovation Award has become the important brand in the field of local government reform and innovation. In fact, there are some cross sectional studies related to Chinese government innovation in academic world. However, the absence of all-front review, systematic summary and in depth extraction, we cannot respond to issues involving how dose the Chinese local government innovation happened, the institutional environment of government innovation, the problems we face and the challenges we confront and the impact generated by government innovation. To make up for this shortage, we aim to conduct a national follow-up investigation and research to 156 government innovation awards and selected projects, and to carry out a intensive study of factors on existence and influence so as to form a comprehensive explanation of the innovation continuity and its dynamic mechanism of Chinese local government. Therefore, organized by Chinese Political Science Research Center, Peking University and co-organized by Research Center of Chinese Government Performance Management, Lanzhou University, the Seminar of Sustainable Mechanism of Government Innovation will be held at Lanzhou University.
