Recently, two enterprises and two peer institutions visited LUSM to carry out exchanges and discussions on the integration of industry and education, industrial and educational management model, recruitment, internship base, and school-enterprise cooperation.

On October 23, the delegatiion led by Li Yuguo, chair, and Zhang Mei, vice chair of Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants visited LUSM. Li Yanxia, deputy Secretary of LUSM CPC Committee, Zhao Yanhai, associate dean, Ma Ning, director of MPAcc program, Xu Jing, secretary of undergraduate education, Lei Jieni and Chen Jinwen, student counselor, and Yao Xuehui, secretary of alumni affairs, participated in the meeting. Two sides exchanged views on the recruitment of graduates, course on accounting construction, and the cooperation between the institute and the school.

On Octomber 27, a group of 18 people from Yangjiang Municipal People's Government of Guangdong Province and Jiangyang Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau visited LUSM, including Dai Ruixin, deputy general Secretary of Yangjiang Municipal People's Government, and Yu Zhongcui, director of Jiangyang Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau. Prof. He Wensheng, dean of LUSM and the School of Economics of Lanzhou University (LUSE), Mao Jinhuang, associate dean of LUSE, Cui Ming and Lei Liang, associate professor of LUSM, and Fang Yan, director of general administration office of LUSM attented the meeting. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the issues of regional brand promotion, industrial development and management model, and the integration of North-South for synergistic development.

On November 1, the delegation of three peers from the School of Public Management of Inner Mongolia University, including Cao Shuqin, associate dean, Song Xiangrong, director of the department of public management, and Wang Ruixue, postgraduates counselor. Wu Jianzu, associate dean of LUSM, Dai Wei, deputy director of the department of public administration, Zhang Liping, secretary of postgraduate education, and Chen Jinwen, postgraduate counselor participated in the meeting. The two sides introduced the basic situation, and communicated on issues of the quality of postgraduate training, reform of postgraduate education, and talent cultivation mode of first-class undergraduate program in public administration.

On the afternoon of November 17, a group of 7 peers from Lanzhou University Press visited LUSM, including Yao Zhihai, Secretary of Press CPC Committee, Lei Hongchang, director and editor in chief, and Shi Yingxiang, deputy editor in chief. Liu Yajun, Secretary of LUSM CPC Committee, Zhao Yanhai, associate dean, faculty member representatives from each department, and staff in charge of scientific research and research institutes affairs attended the meeting.  The two sides introduced their history and the development situation, and carried out discussions on publishing intentions and long-term cooperations.
