The results of the 15th “National 100 Excellent Management Cases” have been announced recently by China Management Case-sharing Center (CMCC). The case written by Prof. WEI Xuhua  and his team was selected as one of the “100 Excellent Management Cases”.

The case describes how the founder of Shenzhen "Xihaner Car Wash Center", Mr. CAO Jun, addressed the unique needs of the group of the people with disabilities by designing effective training and work processes. He solved the employment difficulties faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities and helped them achieve personal growth and value enhancement. The case integrates the fundamental steps and implementation process of training management, including the complete procedure from needs analysis, planning, and training implementation to feedback evaluation. It offers valuable insights into meeting the training needs of different groups through customized training strategies. Ph.D. student ZHANG Chao, and master’s students LV Mingyao and Huang Yuxin of LUSM in Business Administration participated in the writing of the case.

LUSM has always attached great importance to case teaching in MBA education, with the accumulation of 20 cases been selected as 100 Excellent Management Cases. LUSM will continue to focus on developing original, localized, and high-quality management cases. In terms of talent cultivation, greater emphasis will be placed on the synergistic development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, with a focus on the organic integration of theory and practice in the teaching process, and will strengthen research and application of case-based teaching to effectively enhance the level of case teaching and research.
